Rental and Reservation Policy

Advance Reservations require a deposit of 50% ($65.00 minimum) of the total rental rate.
Refunds (less a $100 cancellation fee) up to 60 days in advance of your start date.
Cancellations with less than 60 days notice are non-refundable - no refunds for early
returns! No refund is given due to weather conditions (rain, high winds etc.) at the time
of or during a rental period. Some deposits are non-refundable.
Changes to reservations (extending or upgrading) may be made at any time subject to
availability.
Boats must be picked up at the Marina & returned to the Marina during the hours of 9:00
a.m. - 5:00 p.m., 7 days a week. A late fee will be charged for a late return. Should it
interfere with the next rental the customer is responsible for that rental. Delivery and pick
up may be arranged at an extra cost. 
Boats/seadoos are inspected before and after rental. A pre-authorized $2000 damage
deposit by credit card is required on all rentals. (Visa or Master Card)
Your Balance is due on pick-up and may be paid by Interac, Cash, Visa or Master Card.
We supply ALL safety equipment, lights, anchors, PFD’s, etc...at no extra charge.
Drinking alcohol and boating is illegal!
A 'Pleasure Craft Operators Card' is NOT required for Otter Lake Marina Rental Boats -
A rental safety check list is required and available at Otter Lake Marina at an additional cost.

Age Restrictions: Must be 21 years old and hold a valid, unrestricted car driver's license.
Rates are all in Canadian Dollars. Add HST tax (13%) to all rentals.
Gasoline and Oil are not included in the rentals rates. Fuel cost will vary by model and
use!
In case of mechanical damage that might make the availability and delivery of a
seadoo/boat rental impossible, Otter Lake Marina reserves the right to cancel the
reservation without penalty.
